Patients with Health Funds: When you present your health-fund member card on your appointment day, we swipe it through an electronic HICAPS (The Health Industry Claims and Payments Service) machine, the machine automatically processes your claim.
Processed On The Spot
Your health-fund contribution is processed on the spot if you are claiming from it, and you pay the remaining balance if applicable.
iPhone and Apple Watch users can now claim by tapping their Apple device on HICAPS terminals instead of swiping a plastic card. This option is available to eligible members of Bupa, Medibank, nib, GU health, HBF and AHM. It’s so simple! Click here for more information.

Payment Options / Plans
Payment plans are essentially loans, which can support you in managing the high cost of dental treatment. Rather than paying for your dental work in an upfront lumpsum, a payment plan allows you to pay in instalments over a period of time. We have onboard, payment plan service providers who will make your payment plan’s instalments even more affordable.
There are several payment options available at our surgery including Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS, Credit Card, HICAPS, AMEX and Direct Deposit.
