Veterans with DVA Card
DVA Card
Dental At Forest Hill, takes great pride and privilege in treating veterans who have served our country. For this reason, we provide services to all veterans who have a DVA card.
We welcome veterans with DVA Card
If you are a veteran, and hold a Gold Card or White Card with the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), you are eligible to receive treatment from us. We are registered to provide services through the Medicare Benefits Scheme.
What is the Veteran Card?
The Veteran Card is a redesign of the DVA White, Gold and Orange cards. There are no changes to entitlements or the services you can access with these cards. The Veteran Card provides businesses the opportunity to offer concessions and benefits to veterans in recognition of their service.
The Veteran Card is part of the Australian Defence Veterans’ Covenant.
